What is it?
Our Real Estate Investment Growth Network, or R.E.I.G.N.,
is a land development and historic site preservation project.
What is our Mission?
We seek the development of land in impoverished areas inhabited by Black people and the preservation and/or restoration of
historic sites and abandoned "antique properties".
How do we do it?
Our Foundation and its affiliates find creative ways of researching and discovering land development opportunities, as well as abandoned historic sites and "antique properties" in order to preserve and/or restore community and market value.
Affiliates
Veterans Memorial: Washington Heights District, Sebring Florida
A memorial dedicated to Sebring’s military veterans who grew up in the surrounding community and who frequented the central corner. The plaza was built and is maintained by veterans and community members.
